SPDate Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SPDate ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website located at spdatelogin.com (the "Site") and any associated services, features, content, or applications offered by SPDate, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPDate.

The SPDate name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SPDate or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of SPDate.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant SPDate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the Service and SPDate's business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SPDate, its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
  3. Any content obtained from the Service.
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SPDate, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPDATE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SPDate does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. SPDate does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Service in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating it through your account settings or by contacting us. Please note that deactivating your account does not delete your data; you may request data deletion separately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
